After about a year and a half as Holafly’s growth consultant, the mission was clear: turn Holafly into the first global operator in history.
Travellers bought a data plan for every trip and every country. Plans turned that into one subscription that works in more than 160 countries.
02 · The routeSketched in Asia, built on the move.
I spent three months in Asia living as a digital nomad: exactly the kind of traveller who would end up using us. I tested the product and other providers to understand their real problems and needs.
The beta closed in December 2024, with the first sale landing just as I arrived in Egypt. We went on sale in January 2025. Then came Dublin, Panama, Lisbon, Panama again and Colombia, and after that a lot of Lisbon and Dublin, for work. As for testing it, I’ve done that in many more places.
